FREE E-BOOKS: Schaum’s Outline Series for Engineering Students

Back in college as a civil engineering student, I had difficulties taking the subject Thermodynamics. It wasn’t a major subject for a CE major but it acted like one. Nonetheless I had to pass it since it was part of my curriculum and so I took the effort.

For that semester, I frequented the university library to study. At one point, because I was so desperate to pass the major exams, I looked for reference books in the same library for such subjects so I could have more practice problems.

It was then that I discovered the Schaum’s Outline Series for Thermodynamics.

That book saved me because some of my teacher’s exam problems were found there and I was able to practice them. I almost did not return the book to the library for how it was able to help me get a passing mark.

Published by McGraw-Hill Education Professional, Schaum’s Outline Series is designed as supplementary texts for high school- and college-level courses. It covers a wide variety of topics and subjects, mostly in science, engineering and medical field, which content focuses on solving problems to understand the concepts.
